   Knowing how much I appreciate being appreciated motivates me to seek opportunities to recognize others and to ensure they are aware of my appreciation.

   Sometimes the smallest, most mundane observation, kindly mentioned, of a person’s good will, or action, or attribute, makes their day! I know how much it helps me when anyone notices a positive thing, however small, in my on-going, and tells me. I am always inspired then, to pass it on, and lift another’s spirits.
