The angels are fed on our good deeds , good words, and good thoughts.
May each breath we take bring us calmness and comfort.

Is to give a reason or possibility for what I think, like being objective and/or discerning….compassionate and saying.
A prayer. It takes honesty with myself and awareness of my thinking. It can help too in writing down thoughts to see what’s going on in my conscious and unconscious
Mind…God bless and Pax Christi. Gloria
Thank you for two thoughtful comments, Gloria!
I have been on the receiving end of snap judgements, and it is always hurtful. I have also formed snap judgements myself and haven’t always recognized the destructiveness of my actions. I am grateful for the Lemurian Philosophy which inspires me to do better so I can earn my improved life circumstance.
